Uncertainty

Sometimes you hope for something—and it doesn’t happen.
Sometimes you fear something—and it happens inevitably.
The main cause of worry and stress is uncertainty. It’s always there, living with you.
Whether you're aware of it or not, it never leaves.
The most important thing today is learning to live with uncertainty.
Because tomorrow may be completely different—no matter what you’ve planned.

You and the World

You come into this world with nothing, and you leave it with nothing.
At first glance, it seems simple.
But look closer.
You were born into this world for a reason, and when you leave, you leave something behind. Everyone leaves something.
How would the world change if each of us thought about this?
How would we ourselves change if we allowed such thoughts in?
I think many people don’t reflect on this—and that’s why we live in the world we’ve created for ourselves.
Give yourself permission to pause and to change.

Gratitude

You're so often worried about the future and regretting the past that you forget to be grateful for what you have today—and to truly value it.

Selfishness

Everyone is a little selfish inside.
Some express it openly. Others hide it deep.
Strangely, many believe they’re not selfish—but see selfishness all around them.
Some never think about it at all.
No one owes anyone anything.
Some people believe they have to do things for others or for a greater cause.
Others believe the world owes them.
Each side is convinced they are right.
Some do things for others expecting gratitude or some kind of return. When they get nothing in return, they feel hurt—by their own hidden selfishness.
But if you truly did something from the heart and of your own will—why expect anything at all?
You just do it, don’t you?
And yet, that’s rarely how it goes. Or how it feels.
That quiet feeling of ego slowly wraps around your sense of self, hiding itself even from you.
No one owes anyone anything. And everyone is selfish in their own way.
Even if it doesn’t feel that way to you—it might be worth thinking about.

Cinema

Everything you see around you—it’s just a movie.
Each of us plays a role in one of its countless scenes.
You don’t get to choose whether to act or not.
The only question is: what role will you choose for yourself?
