Why blame yourself if you acted according to your conscience, did everything with the best intentions and to the limit of your capabilities?

There is no point in blaming yourself for something that you cannot change and something that does not depend on you.

Guilt only affects those who blame themselves for something.

It is completely indifferent to those for whom the accused blames himself.

Throw out of your life those people who make you feel guilty or simply ignore them.

We must remember that there are people who get satisfaction from the fact that another person feels guilty.

Feeling guilty will not change the situation that got you into it.

What is the point or benefit of feeling guilty then?
